Terms & Conditions to use of GuddiPost website and Guddipost Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”) The Applications are owned by Vyapar Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd (‘GuddiPost”). This policy accounts for the personal data and cookies etc., used via GuddiPost to provide logistics solutions to its customers. By accessing and utilizing the Website, your consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of personal data and information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note, you are not required by law to provide us with your personal data and information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. Use of the Website by You shall be governed by these terms and conditions and shall constitute your binding obligations with the Company.
All customized graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the applications are trademarks, service marks (“Marks”) of GuddiPost and licences to use such Marks may not be used or interfered within any manner. GuddiPost does not convey to anyone, through allowing access to this website, any ownership rights in the GuddiPost application or in any content appearing on the application. GuddiPost reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions from time to time without any notice and it is the responsibility of customer to go through policies, terms and conditions mentioned on this website.
2. Eligibility
Website (GuddiPost) and mobile Application is provided by GuddiPost and available only to entities and persons who have reached the age of legal majority and are competent to enter into legally binding agreement(s) under the applicable law. If you do not satisfy the terms, you are not permitted to use the website and Application.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The services, the content and the information on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. GuddiPost to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights and fitness for a particular purpose. GuddiPost and licensors make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the services, content or information provided on or through the GuddiPost applications.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Use of the GuddiPost applications and its content is at your sole risk. GuddiPost will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use the GuddiPost application and its content including without limitation, damage for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised GuddiPost of the possibility of such damages.
5. Law and Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and courts in Patna, India will have jurisdiction.
6. Refund Cancellation Policy
Payment and refunds policy (the Policy) establishes the terms and conditions of the following:
- Any of the payments to be made to Vyapar Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd (GuddiPost), Refunds in the form of credits for future matches (if any) required to be made to you, with respect to the Payment made by you to GuddiPost , for the services provided by GuddiPost.
- GuddiPost may revise and amend this refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Transaction, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You will have to make a payment of the prescribed service fee to confirm your ?interest? for a service provided by GuddiPost . Upon the successful payment of the fee (?Payment?), a receipt containing the details of the Payment will be generated.
- Once the payment is complete, GuddiPost does not Guarantee to provide refund, if you later decide to cancel the order.
- Our effort is to try and offer you the best possible service in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Once order is confirmed, and the payment is made GuddiPost reserves it right to hold that payment.
- You may ask our agents to deactivate your account. Data in your account shall be kept for another 90 days if you wish to resume the account. Wallet amount shall not be refunded in any case. Subscription charges paid shall not be refunded in any case.Any dispute related to service and credit/debit notes shall be settled in the wallet only. Post deactivating you may still receive invoices for those shipments which were not billed earlier or for which there are changes in the shipping details and the same shall be payable if in case not paid in advance.
- In case it is found that you/user is involved in any fraudulent activities involving GuddiPost, then your account may be put on hold or can be deactivated unless satisfactory reasons are provided.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to providing the highest level of protection regarding the processing of our employees’, vendors’ and customers’ personal data based on applicable data protection laws and regulations.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vyapar Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd provides service under the brand name of ‘GuddiPost’ (hereinafter referred to as “GuddiPost”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may collect, use, store, disclose or otherwise process your personal data including personal data provided when using our website or any of GuddiPost applications, and describes the rights you have with respect to your personal data.

Your personal data processed by us is only accessible by a limited list of recipients on a need-to-know basis or where required by law.
Our policy does not apply to third-party websites where our online advertisements are displayed, nor to linked third-party websites which we do not operate or control.
